vibecasting is an AI-powered podcast creation platform. by using it, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, please don't use the service.
research and scripts are free. audio generation costs credits. we may update the service at any time and will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
you own everything you create on vibecasting — scripts, audio, show notes, all of it. we never claim ownership of your work.
we need a limited license to host and deliver your content while you use the service. that license ends when you delete your content or close your account.
you're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. keep your credentials secure and don't share accounts.
don't use vibecasting for anything illegal, harmful, or fraudulent. don't try to circumvent security, scrape the platform, or train competing AI models with it. we may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
vibecasting uses a credit-based system. subscriptions auto-adjust when you change your publishing schedule. on-demand credits can be purchased separately.
we generally don't offer refunds for consumed credits. if you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review your case.
vibecasting is provided "as is." AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — you're responsible for reviewing everything before publishing.
our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the preceding 12 months. we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
you may request to close your account at any time. we may terminate accounts that violate these terms. upon closure, we'll retain your content briefly before it is deleted.
we may update these terms. for material changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notice. continued use after changes means you accept them.
