effective march 24, 2026. this policy explains how vibecasting collects, uses, and protects your information.
when you sign up, we receive your name and email from your authentication provider. we also store the content you create (scripts, audio, settings) and collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used, device info).
payments are handled by a third-party provider — we never store your card details.
we use your information to operate the platform, manage your account, improve the service, and communicate with you about updates or support.
we do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent. marketing emails are opt-in only.
you can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal data. you can also opt out of marketing emails and request that we limit processing of your data.
to exercise any of these rights, reach out to us and we'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
we use reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. we retain your information while your account is active. if you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period.
vibecasting is not directed at children under 13. if we learn we've collected data from a child, we'll delete it promptly.
we may update this policy. for material changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app alert before they take effect.
